3. Tour Homes & Attend Open Houses

4. Make an Offer

5. Acceptance, Appraisal & Inspection

Congratulations! Your offer has been accepted. Now the home undergoes appraisal and inspection. These steps safeguard your investment and bring you closer to holding the keys to your new home.

6. Closing Day - Get the Keys!

It’s time to celebrate—closing day is here! You’ll review and sign all the final paperwork to officially make the home yours. Don’t forget to bring along any required documentation and your down payment. Once everything is complete, we’ll hand you the keys to your new home and toast to your success!
